“She's pretty hot and has some sweet music. Putting that aside she's one of my favorite CO's JUST because she's rash and hell-bent on revenge. She is similar to Eagle from 1, 2, and Dual Strike, but not quite the same. Her CO Power is kind of pointless because air units already have the best mobility. Oh well.
